- Digital camera w/zoom and SD Card and voice recording.
- Masking Tape
- Magic Marker or Sharpie
- Extension ladder with boots to prevent denting walls or scratching gutters.
- Binoculars
- Awl – long enough to go through 4″ foam
- Caulk to patch the holes
- Tramex Wet Wall Detector
- Delmhorst Intrusive Moisture Meter or equal
- Dust mask and gloves.
