This course teaches participants how to accurately identify exterior claddings, including various styles of stucco and stone. Using a Written Protocol and the Stucco Identification Decision Tree, attendees will discover how to tell whether a stucco cladding is traditional hard coat or synthetic, and whether a stone cladding is full dimensional stone or manufactured, or natural stone, adhered stone. The course also covers effective ways for attendees to share their findings with clients.
