Over forty years in real estate as an investor, developer, owner, and operator of 70+ commercial and residential rental units
Over forty years construction, building maintenance and contractor oversight experience
Analyzed and identified construction defects in homes and communities for thousands of individual property owners and dozens of community associations
Facilitate resolutions as a liaison between property owners and builders
Consult with numerous attorneys as an expert witness in the field of building envelope failures, construction defects as well as failure to disclose cases
Conduct third-party oversight during remediation work
As owner of Spotlight Home Inspection and Spotlight Building Science, personally perform over 100 inspections annually as well as oversee numerous building envelope projects, Spotlight Home Inspection performs thousands of home and invasive cladding (stucco) inspections annually.
Spotlight Home Inspection’s successful achievements include 15-25 building envelope evaluations per week, as well as 10-15 home inspections per week. Spotlight’s professional inspectors complete more than 1,500 property inspections annually.
I have served as an expert in Montgomery County, Chester County and Bucks County courts as well as Federal court in Philadelphia.
